Reach Your Full Potential at St. Edward’s
We welcome the experience, intelligence and ambition of our international graduate students.
St. Edward’s University delivers graduate programs in two modalities: flexible in-person and fully online.
All international students outside the United States may choose to enroll in a fully online program. Under U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement regulations, student visa holders already present or wishing to enter the United States to study in a fully online or flexible in-person program may be limited in their program options and course load requirements. Students enrolled in the flexible in-person modality program are required to submit an application when requesting an I–20 (F–1) or DS–2019 (J1) to declare their location/current place of residence.

No Visa Requirement
Students enrolling in a fully online program from outside the United States are eligible to enroll. They are not required to obtain a visa as entry to the United States, nor is a visa required for completion.
Students Utilizing F1 or J1 Visas
Because U.S. federal regulations restrict online enrollment, international students pursuing an F–1 or J–1 visa are not allowed to enroll in an online program of study.
